Breakup Doula Support includes:
1 'Spill the Tea’ Session
This is your time to give me all the tea. I’ll listen without judgement to the events that brought you here. I’ll hold space for everything you’re feeling now. We’ll chat about how you want to move through this and who you want to be when you come out the other side. You can trust me to be fully present and a soft place to land.
1 Ritual Working Session
This is your time to receive guidance through tangible rituals that are symbolic of the inner work you’re doing. The rituals are based on what you tell me you’re needing during the ‘Spill the Tea’ session such as cleansing rituals, self-love rituals, or letting go rituals.
1 Herbal Support Package
A personalized package of herbal remedies to physically and emotionally support you through the grief process. This includes tea blends, bath/foot soaks, oils, smudges, incense, and any supplies needed for the Ritual Working Session.
1 Card Reading Session
A card divination session to affirm what you already know, remind you who you are, and give you courage and resolve.
Text/phone Support
I’ll make myself available for text or phone support for the duration of the month of care, from 9am to 5pm every day. I’ll commit to text or call back within an hour.
1 ‘Keepin it Movin’ Prescription
At the end of the month of care, I’ll email you a suggested list of herbal remedies, rituals, and resources to help you continue to love and care for yourself moving forward. You already have everything you need inside you to heal and grow. You got you.

Breakup Doula Support is offered both in-person (for those in proximity to Lawrence, KS) and remotely (sessions conducted over video call). Pricing for 1 month of Breakup Doula Support is $150.
