The “fourth trimester” refers to the first 3 months after baby’s birth. It is crucial that both baby and birth-giver are protected, nourished, and wrapped in loving care during this time.
My in-person postpartum doula support offerings will be provided to folks in Lawrence, Kansas during four 2-4 hour shifts scheduled by you according to your needs. These shifts can be scheduled consecutively right after birth or spread out over the “fourth trimester.”
My intention is to help create village around birth-giver and baby as they move through the portal. I intend to foster an atmosphere where healing, bonding, and deep rest are prioritized. And I intend to do this in collaboration with the whole family- blood and chosen.
